Join our Holiday Match for Safe Passage

For 25 years, First Commerce has partnered with Safe Passage to open doors of opportunity for youth and their families in Guatemala. Safe Passage provides holistic education starting at early childhood, comprehensive wellness, and career and professional support through young adulthood for youth living in one of the harshest and under-resourced areas in Guatemala City. We are thrilled to extend our giving to First Commerce American Capital employees and partner organizations whose donations will be matched dollar for dollar by The Berg Foundation to support Safe Passage’s New Chapter until December 31st. Each donation will fuel Safe Passage’s new Middle School (opening January 12th) and provide the teachers, materials, nutrition, and real-world learning that breaks cycles of poverty and makes lasting change possible.

Let's do this together!

Every Gift Moves the Story Forward

Your contribution today will be matched, doubling your impact and extending your support even further.

Make your donation today using the form below. Discover the impact of your donation at any level.

With a gift of $50, you place fresh notebooks, sharpened pencils, and essential learning tools in the hands of a student ready to begin their next school year. It’s a simple act that opens a world of imagination and discovery.

A $100 gift helps ensure every student starts each day with the nourishment needed to learn, focus, and thrive. From nutritious meals to wellness activities, your support fuels both body and mind.

Your $250 gift strengthens the bridge between school and home — supporting holistic programs that connect families with health, counseling, and mindfulness resources. Together, we create the stability that every student needs to meet their greatest potential.

With $500, you help provide transportation to expeditions, educational materials, and enrichment opportunities that keep students learning and growing beyond the classroom.

A $1,000 gift supports mentoring, youth leadership, and skill-building initiatives that prepare young people to lead — in their schools, communities, and beyond.

For gifts of $2,500 and above, you help launch and sustain Safe Passage’s Middle School providing 120 youth access to STEM, arts, music, and sports. Where across Guatemala only 40% of youth graduate Middle School, our students can continue to define their future.
