Every October, Safe Passage’s Board of Directors gathers in Guatemala City for our annual in-person meeting — and we open the doors for supporters, emeriti, and friends of the mission to join us. This is your invitation to see the work up close, connect with the people behind it, and experience Guatemala.
The Annual Safe Passage Visit puts you in the classrooms, alongside the staff, and in conversation with the students and families that you are a part of supporting. You’ll spend meaningful time with Safe Passage’s leadership team, take part in hands-on classroom activities, and share meals and evenings with a community of people who all showed up to do good in Guatemala.
And because understanding a place means understanding its culture, this year the trip extends beyond our campus with a guided expedition to Lake Atitlán — giving you a fuller context of Guatemala.
